Will My Insurance Pay?
Spinedex Physical Therapy USA Inc. is now part of the Three Rivers Provider Network (TRPN). However, we do accept out of network benefits. With out of network benefits it is not necessary to have a referral from your primary care physician. Each insurance plan varies.

Spinedex Physical Therapy USA Inc. does accept some Worker's Compensation plans on a case by case basis, with a referral from the physician assigned to your case. Please call us at 480-730-0343 for further information.

Spinedex Physical Therapy USA, Inc. will accept personal injury or motor vehicle accident cases. We offer the convenience of a lien to allow the patient to delay payment until their case is settled.

Spinedex Physical Therapy USA Inc. is not contracted with any insurance company. Therefore we cannot accept or bill Medicare, Medicare supplements and Medicare replacements. For those patients who are uninsured, have only network based coverage or are Medicare eligible we do offer financing.
